This session was recorded in April, 2007. In it, I work with Chelle, who is pregnant with her sixth baby and
planning a VBAC. Chelle suffered from PTSD after her previous birth, an emergency cesarean without
adequate anesthesia. In an earlier EFT session (read about it here), Chelle was able to work through this
experience, and her PTSD symptoms miraculously resolved.
However, her baby has recently been in a breech position, which may increase the likelihood that she will
have another cesarean. She's understandably afraid of this possibility and wants to prepare for it. She is
also experiencing guilt about her role in the events of the previous birth.
Several weeks after this session, Chelle gave birth to her son, Gryffen. He was head-down, and although Chelle was risked out of the
birthing center, she had a successful VBAC in the hospital. She has graciously given permission for this session to be shared, so that
others may benefit.
